SECOND DAY OF DR. OZ THREE DAY DETOX

Skipped the dinner smoothie on Day One.  After my shower, took a couple of aspirin and went to bed.  Slept well last night with a pee wakeup at 1:00 and 4:00.  But a full 8 hours making me feel good. Thank goodness the incessant peeing seems to have slowed today.  I do seem to be drinking quite a bit of water, but haven't really kept track of it. 
Walked Reba around Spiegel Grove around 8:00 this morning. No one was out and about since the weather was so heavy--gray and misty.
Since I couldn't manage the last smoothie last night, I decided on blending and drinking for breakfast this morning. Am just going to have to adjust the other meals and eat breakfast drink either for lunch or the snack today.  I must say the dinner drink is pretty but . . . don't think it looks like something I would normally choose to drink.  Looks like lumpy tar.

Doesn't taste too bad.  Blueberry and banana.  Also, I didn't have any coconut water which recipe called for so wound up using almond milk instead.  Don't know if that makes a significant difference or not.
